I have reported before, this rubbish has gone on for a long time. 12 bins left out and a narrow pavement by the level crossing on Station Road. This is dangerous for pedestrians who need to walk in the road. Prams and disabled mobility scooter need to enter the road. Please do something. I have written to pur MP and have reported this before. Your app is not allowing me to download pictures
