Water under railway bridge

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8831794.

There is always lots of water under the railway bridge. Worst side is Northbound carriageway. Does not help with cars going far too fast and soaking pedestrians. Not a fun experience when you are cold and tried after work to be covered by cold dirty flood water. Please can you see if there is a more permanent solution to this flooding? It is like running the gauntlet! Many thanks in advance for any works that can be scheduled to address this. :-)
