Mutliple pot holes in a 4 metre stretch

All of these pot holes are in the same area pretty much opposite 5-7 Red House Road. This stretch has been repeatedly repaired over the last few weeks, months and years, not sure if the nearby tree causes the issues as they are all in the vicinity of it. There's a lot of debris some rather large being spread over the road. Thank you.
