Unsecured litter bin prone to vandalism

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8831154.

The council litter bin adjacent to the telephone box on the north side of Romilly Road is no longer secured to the pavement and is being continually knocked over by vandals.
