  • The Charlton Road end of Marlborough Lane / Canberra Rd ... full of litter and leaves ... makes it horrible to live here... The leaves will soon be slippery and people will fall. We constantly clear up litter and leaves from our own garden but we need a road sweeper. This situation is disgraceful.
