Illegally parked car

At the exit of Ferry Hinksey road, as it joins Botley road, there is often (evenings and mornings) an illegally parked car outside the garage located there. It is partially on the pavement, and partially blocking the left hand lane for turning towards Botley. Not only does this disrupt traffic, it is also dangerous for cyclists as it forces them into the normal flow of traffic.
