Sunken Drain cover Casing loud banging

I am unable to select the correct location of the offending drain because your system does not recognise it as a road. I have uploaded a picture of the actual location of one of the drains. Fuller way/Finkley Farm Road has several damaged drains on both sides of the road and cars are constantly driving over them causing loud banging. The drains have sunken into the ground by at least 4inches and eventually will cause damage to car tyres if not seen to soon. This is not the first time I have raised a problem, but my case was closed with no action. I would appreciate this problem is seen to urgently. The road is a highly used route and all my neighbours are fed up with the banging at all hours. It's been going on for years now and I have sold my house because it has stressed me out so much.

    The Fix my Street system is not allowing me to select the road where the issue is located. The area I was able to select was further down the same road, but recognised as a path rather than a road. The problem is yhat there are 2 drains along the same portion of road outside my house. They are sinking into the asphalt and everytime a car drives over them, they bang loudly.
