Obstruction at junctions

When driving out of Hall Close onto Clifford Road, there are trees and bushes obscuring the view both to the left and the right. Cars parked on Clifford Road also make this a hazardous junction. Then when driving out of Clifford Road onto the High Street in Boston Spa, parked cars both on the left and the right - often parked beyond the double yellow lines - again obscure the view! This is an area that is so congested, it is waiting for an accident to happen! Please can we have trees and bushes cut back and parking on both Clifford Road and this area of the High Street better controlled? More photographs can be supplied if needed. Thank you.
