Speed indicator sign has been turned through 90 degrees and no longer displays to traffic

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8827436.

The speed indicator sign on Station Road has been turned so it no longer displays to traffic coming into the village - probably a bit of deliberate vandalism in campaign against the 20mph limit. It has happened before, and was reported in January. Please fix it, so that it can't be moved again.
