Pot Hole with metal drain sticking out causing flat tyres

This pot hole is just under a mile from Picket Post (Shell garage) going from Burley to Picket Post on the left hand side of road. It's caused me two flat tyres in the last week (one tyre only a week old) and according to the RAC has caused flat tyres to other vehicles. The main issue seems to be due to the metal drain sticking out from the pot hole, which is dangerous and needs fixing urgently.
