Fly Tipping - Clarence St - Runcorn

There are several items that appear to have been fly‑tipped on Clarence Street in Runcorn, close to the Jubilee Bridge end. A number of black bin bags have been left in the bushes. A broken sofa has been beside the wheelie bins for a few months, and an abandoned bicycle has also been in the same spot for a similar length of time. All items have remained in place for a long period and don’t seem to be part of any scheduled collection.
