This alleyway is in a poor state of repair, overgrown for years, rats, dog fouling, fly tipping, hourly drug dealing, no lighting. Motorbikes regularly dumped, if it can’t be maintained then rip all the weeds out and tarmac, add lighting to prevent crowds and remove spots that can people take drugs in. This is a serious safety issue. School children walk down here daily dodging needles and dog mess
