  • This is not private property this area is the responsibility of Bromley Council to maintain and keep clear of rubbish, a representative of Bromley Council had a gate removed years ago that was at the entrance to this walkway/fire exit and since then it has been maintained by Bromley Council ie road sweeping and removal of litter
