No safe crossing for pedestrians or bicycles

A safe crossing has been long required here for pedestrians and cyclists. Having to rush across the road with kids when the light is red in a particular direction for cars is not a safe way to cross the road. Installing a safe crossing here is required ASAP and it should not be something that's ignored.
