Reported this before, no action taken. Tried to tell you before a number of drains that needed urgent clearing so whilst visiting the area with a sweep/drain clearer you do many that needed doing, so now will report each on individually. Hence. Sorry.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - We have assessed the location and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days.
