  A large vehicle turned up at 10pm on the night of the 20th, a strange time to unblock a drain. However despite all that effort the drain has not been completely cleared. I suppose, being generous, one can say it’s technically unblocked. I am reporting it again though in case you want to take this amateur workmanship up with the contractor.
