Cars blocking road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8813201.

Lines painted but drivers ignore. Busses and large vehicles struggle passing . Reported to council but they stated police matter, yes true if highway is obstructed but this doesn't sort the on going for years issue. Sort it out.
