The patch of ground between Stewart St and Ballin Court which may be the responsibility of the Samuda centre is badly overgrown, weedy and littered with every sort of rubbish..

The patch of ground - apparently unadopted, unweeded and unloved - is littered with tins, cartons, and even a methadone bottle.The shrubs have been superficially trimmed.
