There is a drain cover which has collapsed and the drain is also blocked

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - We have assessed the location and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days.
