Persistent parking on the pavement of bother personal and company cars by the same residents. Not just curb parking-the entire pavement, making the pavement completely inaccessible to pedestrians and neighbours, who have to walk in the road to access the path to their homes. Also parking in the turning circle, ignoring the no parking sign and blocking access to neighbours access path to the rear of their properties.
