Loose manhole cover

Everytime a car drives over the manhole cover the noise can be heard clearly in my house, very annoying

  • Manhole cover still loose and getting more loud every time a car drives over it. It's worse now the weather is getting warmer and we have to have the windows open, as it's even louder. It wouldn't surprise olme if it's more than one manhole cover that's loose.
