Road does not drain, and damaging my wall
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8809614.
We have reported this before, the road does not drain and drains into the foundation of my wall causing damage.
The problem is that the road does not drain into the drain and collects and drains into the base of my wall.

No, this is incorrect. Its have NOT been completed. Show me eidence of this? here is mine taken today 29-04-2026, no work has taken place on the road way to solve this issue. See pictures. Tarmac is unchanged, no alteration done.
I see the previous history has also dissapeared from thisreport, like it did before when I reported this issue.

ALREADY reported this as UNFIXED UNFIXED - unfixed - not resolved, unresolved.... Yet you claim is Fixed. 4th Time reported. and UNFIXED. Not sure what else to say. 4th time, (fourth time) 4 forth time not sure what your algorithm spot this.. 4th time NOT FIXED, not fixed in case lower in case not picked up, fourth time not fixed, or do we need to say not resolved...... surely guys...... Do I get an engineer out to now start claiming damage to my wall? PLEASE FIX.... I'm serious, claim against you next. Sick of this nonsense. FINAL WORNING!!!!!! Your road poor drainage is damaging my wall. I give you now 30 days to fix, and any subsequent time spent my end will be logged, calculated and billed though my lawyers at £75 per hour.

So in addition, so how has the investigation been completed? I want to see the report (IN DETAIL) as to how water moves against gravity to your road curvature? Please send me this.... My partner who lives here is a Geotechnics geology ground engineer, and she see’s no way water can travel up hill against gravity. But it does not take a geological engineer with only a humble 34 years experience to understand this. Maybe she is totally wrong. Any yes maybe she is wrong, and your engineer challenges her… and not to mention Sir Isac Neuton. Discovery of universal gravity and forces. I would love to see his controversial paper and thesis that defied all know mathematics on gravitational law you decided to employ. My spirit level does not confirm the above, send me your calibration certificate or yor spirit level as it "might be out of calibration" and report please. As I’m a humble process engineer with 25+ year experience, maybe I’ve been using a spirit level wrong all these years. I would love to learn clearly from your engineer your claim. Plus argue against my Geotech engineer and Sir Isaac Newton, remind you “.Discovery of universal gravity and forces” to claim against this,. Love to see his paper and credentials defining gravity. Send me this please.
Again look at the initial pictures, please tell me how that rain water is meant to reach that drain…. SERIOUSLY!!!!!
