Urgent Safety Concern: Damaged Pavement Behind 309 Aigburth Road

Reported via desktop in the Potholes category by Jenny B at 13:33, Saturday 31 January 2026

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8808281.

I’m writing to report a damaged section of pavement located directly behind my restaurant at 309 Aigburth Road L17 0BJ. The area has deteriorated significantly, with broken and displaced tiles exposing soil and debris underneath. There is also visible litter and signs of neglect, which pose both safety and hygiene concerns. This damage has worsened over time and now presents a trip hazard for staff, pedestrians, suppliers, and any visitors accessing the rear of the premises. We’ve temporarily placed an appliance on stable ground nearby, but the surrounding area remains unsafe and unsightly. I kindly request that an inspection be arranged and appropriate repairs carried out as soon as possible. I’ve attached recent photos for reference. Please let me know if further details are needed or if there’s a specific form I should complete to initiate the process. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
