Oversized vehicle using disabled bay has damaged signage and fencing

This vehicle regularly uses a disabled bay at weekends, with no blue badge displayed. They have reversed well into the bushes and the disabled sign, damaging and pushing the fence back in the process.

  • This person continues to use either disabled bays or parks on double yellow lines, making it difficult for people to reverse out of disabled bays. They live in the flat about the motor store.
