Potholes in All Lanes on Railway Bridge

Reported via Android in the Potholes category anonymously at 11:23, Saturday 31 January 2026

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8807310.

Potholes in all four lanes of Polmadie Road on the railway overbridge - they are at the seam in the tarmac where the road connects to the bridge. The left lanes going both directions are particularly bad with two deep potholes in the each lane, they are the width of a cars tyres apart and there's no way to avoid them when there's other vehicles about. This has been an issue for years that gets poorly patched every so often but quickly degrades again.

Updates

  • Potholes have all deepened and new ones have also formed. Go slow over them or you will damage your car.
