Unauthorised flags / objects hanging from several publically funded street lighting .

These objects have been illegally attached to publically funded street lighting . Cause distraction for all driving vehicles down an already congested road due to lack of parking . Distraction for drivers on a busy road a real public safety concern . Intimidating also for a multi cultural community these should be removed for both very legitimate reasons
