Sent to Great Yarmouth Borough Council and Norfolk County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 880529.

Bar b cue all afternoon going into evening people round but the music got turned up twice singin At top of voice, argument between father n son banging up and down stairs throwing stuff. Comments made about noise.. But said oh it's ok we got til 9pm music still on but low at this point.
