Potholes that were repaired last year have opened up again, there is what appears to be pebbles or gravel in the hole's deeper down which are flicking up on vehicles, very dangerous

As above, the holes all along the stretch are getting bigger and deeper. the gravel and stones are flicking up at vehicles
