Overflowing ditch

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8803054.

Rainwater is fed into the ditch over from run off along the length of Jordans Lane and is supposed to be relieved by a water course running under Manchester Road. This water course is blocked and therefore the ditch overflows onto Manchester Road in front of my drive. In freezing conditions the overflow water turns to ice which is a danger to pedestrians and motorists. The issue has been reported to Hampshire CC many times but there is no evidence of remedial action.
