Advertising boards cluttering pavement

There are a growing number of "Aboards" - advertising stands partially blocking the pavement. Some are for the business immediately opposite the sign but others are for businesses some yards away. A café/sandwich bar seems to have multiple signs in a few locations along Marsh Wall causing trip hazard, congestion and people having to step onto the busy road. Most need removing and others to be sited better to attract business without causing a nuisance.
