Embarrassing that council claim they clean regular but if so then why is there so much rubbish. Came home tonight to find a neighbour had cleaned the area. Will the council ever be able to do the job they should be completing. This has gone on for over ten years with no resolution. Areas over the fencing where trees are still need to be cleaned. Can council arrange this asap.
