Various potholes one week after fixing

Whoever filled the pot holes in if you come and see me i will supply some weterbix as it will probably last longer. It is a disgrace and only a small section of tarmac on a mostly concrete road. Please patch up and actually dig it out a bit and seal it at the edges instead of throwing a bag of tarmac in and tampering it down with a foot.
