Ongoing Parking Issues Causing Access, Safety, and Neighbour Disputes

I am writing to formally complain about the ongoing parking situation in my area. Despite this issue being raised previously, the problems have continued and are now having a serious impact on residents.

Vehicles are being parked irresponsibly and without consideration, which is preventing me from being able to access my driveway. There are frequent occasions where I cannot get into or out of my drive at all, and when I do manage to do so, it requires difficult manoeuvring that has already resulted in damage to my vehicle.

The issue most frequently involves vehicles parking outside properties at numbers 34 and 36, as well as vehicles belonging to people who do not live on this street. This has led to ongoing disruption and obstruction for residents.

The situation is also causing arguments and disputes on the street, not only involving myself but other neighbours as well. Multiple residents have raised complaints with Connect Housing regarding this matter, which shows that this is an ongoing and widespread problem rather than an isolated issue.

This situation is becoming increasingly stressful and is creating tension between neighbours, as well as raising concerns around safety and access, including for emergency vehicles. Residents should be able to access their homes without conflict or damage to their property.

I would appreciate this matter being urgently investigated and for appropriate action to be taken to resolve the parking issues. I would also welcome confirmation of what steps will be taken to prevent this from continuing.
