Bin needs a lid

This bin is constantly being raided by foxes overnight, it needs a top on it with only a small opening. Also members of the public use this bin to get rid of their household rubbish (including bin bags) this has been witnessed many times. The foxes get hold of nappies etc. it’s disgusting. The residents near the bin constantly have to pick up the litter as it happens nearly daily.
