Blocked Gully opposite bus stop, and waist bin.

This blocked Gully has been reported before. Every time it rains half the road is blocked off, this causes traffic to use the opposite side of the road. It's a bus route on Runnymede Avenue so is quite a busy road. The water can fill the gap between two lampposts easily, and covers the white lines in the middle of the road, and covers the kerb edge. It's done this for years.
