Damaged Wall, debris on public footpath

The wall which is deteriorating is located next to Church House (Adderbury Library), High Street, Adderbury. It appears that the wall belongs to the property next door (possibly End Cottage). I do not have any contact details for the occupants. As the debris is already encroaching onto the public footpath and will cause a danger to members of the public if it deteriorates anymore, please could OCC contact the owner and arrange for repairs works to be completed. Thank you.
