Illegal parking on double yellow lines

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8788183.

Cars parked on both sides of the entrance to Mayfair Grove on double yellow lines, making it difficult or impossible to enter the road. Last night I had to reverse back out into the main road to avoid being hit as I was stuck out and couldnt enter the road
