    This problem has been occurring every time there is heavy rain since Jan 2024. There are 5 Thames Water storm drains that link to a culvert under the A420 which is gradually seeping water. This has blocked drain 5 which flooded the Vale ditch which then blocked drain 4. It flows along the Vale footpath, across the OCC pavement to Fogwell Road
