Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8787849.

Been there a week or so and slowly growing, aprox 10in long. hard to avoid due to parked cars / people waiting to pass parked cars.

Unfortunately, Norfolk County Council don't do that (and they even try to discourage people from actually using FixMyStreet)!
