20cm deep pot hole that will cause damage to vehicle or a human

The pot hole has been here for over a month and it is continuously getting larger. With the heavy rain at the moment it is being filled with water which makes it impossible to see. If someone steps in it they will break their leg, it is adjacent to a public foot path. In addition if a car drives in it it will break their suspension or tire it needs to be fixed. All along high elms and luxted road there are pot holes of a significantly size they all need to be filled, starting with this humongous one.
