Further to your report we confirm that a new lantern is required and we have instructed our contractors to carry out this work. We are sorry the light will be out for a while longer and trust our contractors will attend as soon as they can. We shall add further information here as required,

We can confirm that delay in repair has been caused by having no access to our column.
We are liaising with our colleagues to to arrange to temporarily remove the nearby cycle racks so our vehicle can drive up to the column and change the lantern as required.

Street light is still not working next to heavily used bus stop, the bust shelter lights are also not working

We are sorry for the delay in the repair, our initial try to temporarily remove the nearby bike racks ( to gain access) were cancelled as bikes were still attached to them. Our contractors are due to re-arrange and have been asked to complete these works as soon as they can.
We shall advise our public transport team that the bus shelter lights are not working.
