  We apologise for the lack of an update regarding this matter.

  The Council's previous street lighting contractor, Riney were instructed to visit the asset unfortunately we can not find any evidence of the works being completed so to verify that asset is operating correctly, we have instructed our new street lighting contractor to carry out a night-time inspection of the area in the next week. Any lights found to be unlit or defective will be raised for repair.

  Unfortunately, due to a system issue, any further comments added to this enquiry may be directed to our previous contractor in error. If you have any additional questions or wish to report any ongoing issues, please submit a new enquiry so that it is routed to the correct team.
