• Resident has called back as this week cars have been parked on the grass verge and delivery drivers have been parking, the grass is churned. Could the bollards be replaced as soon as possible.

• We have notified the responsible party of their duties and responsibilities and informed them that further enforcement action may be taken if the issue is not resolved. For overhanging vegetation reports please allow 28 days for the responsible party to arrange action before notifying us of any continued obstruction.

• Thanks although please can you enlighten me as to who you deem the “responsible party” please. Also no response regarding reinstallation of posts?? Don’t understand the reference to overhanging vegetation regarding parking? Please can you explain thanks

• A site visit will take place with the local Highways Inspector to assess damages, and look at re-installation of any historic bollards and or new ones at location.

• Is there any update on this please. Parking continues throughout with pavements totally blocked over the weekend. Coincidentally, and something resulting from broken slabs is Mrs Lisa Smith tripped over one of the slabs yesterday and was spread eagled on the pavement. Luckily only shock and bruises and a few of us ensured she was ok, bit it was also highlighted to me that it’s nearly impossible for wheelchair users of prams to actually go in a straight line down our road due to the number of paving issues. Probably a direct consequence of my original issue. If you are not able to provide posts as a minimum how about some signage as a minimum to remind deliver/ visitors of the rules Even maybe a letter drop to residents reminding them of same and that it’s not part of their property??

• Is there any update to this please? Still occurring and neighbours now driving onto grass outside ours where post was in order to reverse into drive🙈 Their frontage already ruined. Please cannot be reinstated? Concrete preferred👍
