Very dangerous obstruction

There are frequently around five school buses parked directly behind one another along this road, causing a serious and dangerous obstruction to traffic flow. Vehicles are being forced to squeeze past with very limited space, while drivers attempting to exit side roads have severely restricted visibility. This is creating an extremely hazardous situation. Large numbers of pedestrians, including school children, are walking between and around the buses and stepping into the carriageway. The risk of a serious collision or fatal accident is high if this continues unchecked. This matter requires urgent investigation and enforcement before someone is seriously injured or killed.
