Drain cover sinking causing pot hole

Road around drain cover is deteriorating and has dropped lower than the road service causing cars to swerve on sharp blind bend to avoid it or risk tyre damage driving over it

  • I can’t provide a photo. The drain is on a blind bend on a 50mph road. It’s still damaged and still causing a safety issue for road users.
