Dog fouling!! On a massive scale!!

I’m sending this in because I know for a fact that the dog fouling!! situation around Ditton is beyond appalling!! It’s an absolute disgrace that this is allowed to happen and the owners of these dogs need to be accountable and fully responsible for their actions. I also know that this has been going on for years and when I last reported it to the council they asked me what the address was where the dog fouling is taking place…. It’s the whole of Ditton‼️ Now also I believe that Upton Rocks area of Widnes is very well looked after by our local council and there is NO dog fouling whatsoever around there… In fact there is one dedicated council worker ( no names ) Whois there every single day keeping that part of Widnes spotless!! So what’s wrong with Ditton then‼️ Every piece of pavement from Hale Road along Ditchfield onto Liverpool Road and around Chesnut Lodge is atrocious and something seriously needs to be done to clean up the pavements of Ditton‼️😩
