Becomes very slippery when icy and is on hill near a main road

Grit box needed please. The end of Peverell road going onto clover hill road becomes very slippery during the cold weather when it’s snowy/ icy and cars slide down the hill off Peverell road into the busy Clover hill road. It’s been an issue for years
