Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8781167.

In the pathway between bowlers mead and edwinstree school there is a lot of metal. Also in the ditches are various items on building materials which have been disguarded . I have reported this on many occasions however the metal has now been pulled into the path, which would make this extremely dangerous for someone with a pram or restricted is about my 5th time reporting
