Deep potholes around 2 x drain covers

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8781164.

There are 2 drain covers along this section of road where the tarmac has sunk and created large potholes. You need to swerve to miss them but when it’s raining, they fill with water and you can’t see them, so unavoidable. They are quite deep and will cause damage. Unable to take pictures as it’s not safe to do so.
