I am writing to report a vehicle that is currently parked illegally and obstructing the access doors to the refuse/trash room at leylands house, 56 Mabgate, LA9 7EA.

This obstruction is preventing the council waste collection team from accessing the bins. If not moved, this will result in a missed collection and a subsequent health and safety hazard due to overflowing waste.
